Privacy and cookies

The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms. If you only browse, we collect nothing about you. If you write to us, we process your email to reply and nothing else.
That is why there is no cookie banner here: there would be nothing to consent to, and asking for consent that is not needed is noise.

If you write to us
- What we process: your email address or phone number and whatever you tell us in the message.
- Why: to handle your enquiry and, where relevant, to assess a commercial or supply relationship.
- Legal basis: your own request, and the legitimate interest in maintaining the commercial correspondence you started.
- How long: as long as needed to settle the matter. If it leads to a contract, for as long as tax and accounting obligations require.
- Who we share it with: nobody, unless legally required. We use email and hosting providers acting as processors, who do not use your data for anything else.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is served through Vercel. Like any server, its infrastructure records requests — IP address, user agent, page requested — in order to operate and to defend against abuse. These are the provider's technical logs: we do not use them to profile you, we do not cross-reference them with anything, and we build no audience from them.
Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to their servers. It is the page's only external resource.
Your rights
You may ask us for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restrict or object to processing, and request portability, by writing to hola@byaccuor.com. If you believe we have got it wrong, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
What happens on the group's other sites
The shop, the corporate portal and the brand's site do process customer and supplier data, and have their own policies. This page covers domhaus.es only. If your relationship is with byaccuor.com or corp.byaccuor.com, see that site's policy.
